Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Driveclubofficial for use of the Driveclubofficial app and website. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private and sign out of shared devices.
• One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or impersonation.

2. Clubs

• Clubs are run by their own committees. A club decides who joins, what role you hold and what is visible to members.
• A club's committee can see your name, car, role and activity within that club.
• We may remove clubs or content that break these terms or the law.

3. Events and track days

• Motorsport and driving events carry risk of injury, death and damage to property. Entry is at your own risk. Each event may require a separate waiver, licence and scrutineering before you take part.
• The organising club, not Driveclubofficial, runs the event, sets its rules and is responsible for it.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set per event and shown before you enter.

4. Content

• You own what you post. You give Driveclubofficial and the club you post in a licence to show it within the service.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or shows people who have not consented to appear.
• Lap times must be genuine. Submitting a false lap or proof may result in removal and loss of points.

5. Orders, marketplace and rentals

• Merch and event entries are sold by the club or partner named on the item. Print-on-demand items are made to order and have longer lead times.
• Crew Trade listings are offered by members. Driveclubofficial is not the seller and does not guarantee condition. Any escrow or buyer protection is described on the listing at the time.
• Rentals are provided by the named partner under that partner's own terms, deposit and insurance.
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include any applicable tax unless stated.

6. Points, credits and tiers

• Points are earned for verified laps, approved modifications, event attendance, purchases and referrals under the rules shown in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be reduced for inactivity.
• Credits are a balance that may be spent within the app under the conditions shown when they are issued.
• We may correct or remove points and credits obtained through error or abuse.

7. Partners

Workshop discounts and partner offers are provided by the partner and may change. Driveclubofficial is not responsible for a partner's work or products.

8. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Driveclubofficial is not liable for loss arising from events, purchases between members, partner services or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
