Delete your data
You can delete your Driveclubofficial account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies equally to accounts created with an email address and to accounts created by signing in with Google or Facebook.
Option 1: from the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings and then Leaving.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: by email
Send an email to support@driveclubofficial.com with the subject Delete my account from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, tell us which one and the name shown on your profile so we can find the account.
We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, name, email, phone, profile picture and sign-in link to Google or Facebook
- Your garage: vehicles, lap times, modifications, maintenance records and proof media
- Your points ledger, notifications, settings and checklist
- Your club membership seats and pending applications
- Any sign-in tokens on all devices
What is kept
- Order and payment records for 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires, with your name removed from anything a club can see
- Club audit log lines, with your name replaced by "deleted member"
- Posts you made in a club, unless you delete them first; the author is shown as "deleted member"
Removing Driveclubofficial from Google or Facebook
Deleting your account here does not change your Google or Facebook account. To remove our app's access on their side: in Google, open Security → Third-party apps; in Facebook, open Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Driveclubofficial.
